(Donated By Mr. Domino)

Originally called !Elite Zombie, the server was formed when Mr. Domino's historically unsuccessful 16-slot normal CTF server was split into two to pursue other ideas. He (that's me speaking about myself in the third person like that ridiculous plastic boy-toy nightmare with the incredibly stupid coif and skipping girlfriend) decided that he could still maintain a decently sized CTF server and operate a successful zombie server using just a few slots. So, !Elite Zombie was born as a six slot server running just a handful of INF maps with 16 Boogie Man bots.

Though the main, practical purpose of having a zombie server was to just allow groups to gather for transfer to other servers, it was designed to be a challenge for players. Whereas the default maps used for most zombie servers, particularly the FA Decaying Zombie server, encourage both bot clusters and player camping and spraying, the maps on !Elite Zombie would force the player to actually be active and provide an alternative to the Decaying Zombie server. So, while people could fight bots while waiting to move and fill another empty server, newer players could practice targeting and some movement techniques playing through the levels.

After Mr. Domino (that's me!) stopped being as active due to the horrid mess that was Soldat 1.4, Spasm removed the "!Elite" from the title. The name then was changed to !!!!! Zombie, as it remained for some time. Complaints about the title from the ever-stupid Canadian Mr. Saw prompted a brief change to !!!!! Mr. Saw's Tea Party, but then switched to !!!!! Zombie Adventure to reinforce the idea that the server offered a more standard video game single player experience than simply standard multi-player maps with bots. After "re-donating" the server back (despite people still continually referring to it as !Elite Zombie), the server became !Elite Zombie Adventure.
