The main purpose of this forum to discuss and inform about the !Elite Soldat servers. When you're playing on those servers, but also if you post anything related to the servers on these forums, then we expect you to be aware of the
Server Rules. You can read these rules

Additionally we are trying to have a good time on these forums which may or may not involve Soldat, so everybody is welcome to post even if you don't play on our servers.
But before you post anything on our forums, be sure to read the following rules/guidelines that apply on all the boards in these forums aswell as the the !Spam Box (the shoutbox on main page) and our IRC channel on Quakenet:
Respect:
Be respectful of other members of the community, and treat them as you would have them treat you. No flaming, racist remarks, religious intolerance, etc (these can sometimes be all in good fun, but don't troll please). If a mod determines a user is stepping over the line, they may warn/punish as seen fit. And let's be honest: this is no democracy, if you disrespect an admin, it will be taken personally by all admins, so don't expect much leeway if you're going to take that path.
Spam:
Obviously this is frowned upon. Unless you are posting in the
Spam - O - Bin, try to make sure your posts have some insight, or meaning to them, especially if you are reviving a topic that hasn't been active for a while. Avoid being off-topic or double-posting (use the modify button). It is up to the discretion of the mods to decide what counts as spam, and may handle offenses as they see fit.
Common Sense:
Use it. Just because something isn't listed here as being against the rules, that doesn't mean it can be done without consequence. "The rules topic didn't say anything about this" is not a valid excuse. These are only some guidelines, above all else the mods have the final say.
Respect a decision when it's made, lest you find yourself in even more trouble.English Only:
Although we are an
international community, the only language allowed on the forums is English. A bit of 'foreign' spam shouldn't be a problem. But we do expect every member to be able to read, understand and write English at a modest level. Beware:
this rule applies only to the forums which means that non-English players are still welcome on our Soldat servers.
Additionally some reminders for all the
Soldateers (these are also stated in the
Server Rules):
- No public complaints or topics about in-game admins abusing their powers, keep that between you and the owner of the server;
- No topics about being banned/getting unbanned, again just pm the owner of the server;
- No topics about lame vote-kicks, unless it is funny and you add a screenshot.If you have questions about soldat, then do check out

teamspeak and of course go play on
the servers.
